COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State rifle team bids farewell to decorated seniors Amanda Furrer, Robert Mangaudis III, Walter Riker and Maxwell Snyderman.

"This senior class is definitely going out on a high note," Ryan Tanoue, head coach of Ohio State rifle, said. "With Bob and Walter graduating as engineers, Max with a Master's degree in education and Amanda with a degree in economics, this class certainly has it all. I thank each of them for their contributions to the team and what they have done over the past four years to bring the rifle team to where it stands today."

"Winning four consecutive conference championships is something very special and we look forward to building on their success in the coming seasons. I know that they are excited about their futures and I look forward to seeing what the next chapter in their lives has in store for them."

Amanda Furrer

Most outstanding shooting accomplishments: Three-time First Team All-American, three- time Conference Champion in smallbore, three-time NCAA qualifier, and 2012 Olympian (finished 15th).

Major: Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration specializing in Economics

Fondest memory:  Time spent with the team off the range. We became like family and I loved spending time with everyone.

Looking forward to:  Seeing where I go next in my shooting career and with my degree from Ohio State. A lot of opportunities have come up that I'm excited to explore.

Robert Mangaudis III

Most outstanding shooting accomplishments: Winning the WIRC four times.

Fondest memory:  2012 Purdue Football game with the team and future team members.

Looking forward to: Growing my career as a professional engineer.

Walter Riker

Most outstanding shooting accomplishments: Winning the WIRC Championship as a team four years straight. Placing all conference for smallbore rifle and shooting a personal best at the NCAA qualifier.

Major: Material Science and Engineering with a minor in nuclear engineering.

Fondest memory:  Going onto the field during the Scarlet and Gray football game.

Looking forward to:  The thing I look forward to the most upon graduation is to pursue a career in engineering.

Maxwell Snyderman

Most outstanding shooting accomplishments: Winning the WIRC Championship all four years. It is a great feeling to know that I was part of a team that consistently put forth a strong effort and accomplished so much during a short period of time.

Major: Graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics in 2012 and a Master of Education in 2013.

Fondest memory:  Storming the field after the Michigan game this past year. I was able to go onto the field with all of my friends from the past four years and enjoy the moment together.

Looking forward to:  Having my own math classroom and beginning my career as a math teacher.
