COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State Rifle Team has secured National Letters of Intent from three athletes for the class of 2017. Elizabeth Dutton (Derry, N.H.), Wynn Lekhavanija (Ellicott City, Md.), and Paige Pruden (Fulshear, Texas) will join eleven returning team members from the 2016-17 team that finished 7th at the 2017 NCAA Rifle Championships.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Elizabeth, Wynn and Paige to the Buckeye Family,” said head coach Ryan Tanoue. “They all bring a high level of competition experience and desire to learn and improve. We have a very experienced group returning from last season and we are focused on having our incoming class help the collective group push toward accomplishing the lofty goals that we will have set for the 2017-18 season.”

Shooting accomplishments:

  • 3 time National Junior Olympic Qualifier
  • 2016 USAS National Championships silver medal women’s prone rifle 
  • 2014 & 2016 Texas 4-H District 9 Champion
