The Ohio State rifle team competed in a head-to-head match against Army at West Point, NY, over the weekend.
The Buckeyes posted a combined score of 4602 which is a season high score for an away match.
In smallbore freshman Remington Lyman increased his personal best and led the Buckeyes with a score of 578. Junior Amanda Luoma posted a solid score of 574, while senior Maxwell Snyderman (568), sophomore Megan Polonsky (555) and sophomore Greg Hagar (553) rounded out team scoring for Ohio State.
Luoma led the way for the Buckeyes in air rifle with a score of 590 followed by Snyderman with a solid score of 583. Hagar (579), redshirt junior Dan Chapman (575) and Polonsky (566) rounded out team scoring for the Buckeyes in air rifle.
Ohio State returns to action Jan. 26 at Murray State.
