Rifle and Pistol Compete at Camp Perry

In the rifle match, senior Amanda Furrer, also a national team member, narrowly missed the podium earning a fourth place (695.8) in the open event and Amanda Luoma of OSU earned a spot in the junior competition and took 7th place with a 671.5.
The match drew shooters from across the nation and included USA Shooting and the US Army Marksmanship unit as well as international elite shooters.
The final positions, after adding both days' scores together ended with Totts reclaiming first place, Akow in second and Robertson in third.
In rifle, two Buckeye shooters eligible for the junior match were Amanda Luoma, who came in third at the end of the regulation 60 shot match, and freshman Megan Polonsky coming in fourth, both qualifying for the finals. At the end of the 10 shot finals, Polonsky passed her OSU teammate to take third, dropping Amanda to fourth place.
