COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State pistol team hosted The Final Countdown match Saturday with individuals from Michigan State and Purdue. The Buckeyes took first in all five individual events. OSU's Aaron Tourigny finished first in free pistol (30-shot) with a 267. Blake Reburn was second at 254. Joe Totts, shooting a 550, won standard pistol with Bryan Basenback second at 545. Basenback won air pistol with a 567 score. Tourigny was second at 561. Basenback posted a match-high 1,351 three-gun aggregate score with Totts and Tourigny tied for second at 1,329.
In the women's events, Kim Hullings won sport pistol with a 559. Amanda Watters was second at 548. Watters won air pistol shooting 358. Mariah Skiles was second at 351. In the two-gun aggregate, Hullings finished first at 908 with Watters second at 906.
