2012-13 (Senior Season): Returned to the NCAA Championships to notch a sixth place finish in men's sabre, earning Second Team All-American accolades ... secured eighth place at the Midwest Regional ... garnered gold at the Midwest Conference Championships securing a First Team All-Midwest Conference honor ... led the men's sabre squad with a career-high 40 regular season wins ... achieved the Elite 89 Award for Division I Men's Fencing ... recipient of the Big Ten Medal of Honor ... member of the Buckeye Power Club ... OSU Scholar-Athlete.
2011-12 (Junior Season): Played an integral role in Ohio State's title run at the 2012 NCAA Championships with an event-best 19 wins in qualifying rounds ... finished tied for third at the NCAAs after falling to runner-up Valentin Staller of Harvard, 15-13, in the semifinals ... led the OSU men's sabre squad with 39 regular-season victories, including back-to-back 15-win efforts at the New York University Invitational and Northwestern Duals ... earned silver at the Midwest Fencing Conference championships before earning an automatic bid to the NCAA championships with a first-place finish at the Midwest Regional ... OSU Scholar-Athlete ... Academic All-Big Ten.
2010-11 (Redshirt Season): Did not face varsity competition ... finished eighth at Cincinnati, Ohio, North American Cup and tied for third at Dallas, Texas, NAC ... took a redshirt season to recover from a concussion.
2009-10 (Sophomore Season): Finished 17th at the North American Cup event in San Jose, Calif. ... posted 14 victories at the NYU Duals and added five victories at the St. John's Duals ... finished tied for third at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships, earning first-team All-MWC accolades ... took home bronze at the NCAA Midwest Regional Qualifier in Evanston, Ill. ... ended the season at the NCAA Championships by finishing 13th with 11 victories. ... 2008-09 (Freshman Season): Made an immediate impact on Buckeyes' men's sabre unit, tying teammate Mike Momtselidze with 28 wins ... led unit at St. John's Duals with eight victories ... took seventh at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships ... claimed a third place finish at the NCAA Regional Qualifier to advance to the NCAA Championships ... earned 16 wins at the NCAA Championships to finish eighth overall ... took 66th and 39th at the Portland, Ore., and Colorado Springs, Colo., North American Cup events, respectively ... finished 24th out of 96 at Junior World Championships, representing Team Canada ....
