Wil Turner is entering his first year at The Ohio State University and will work directly with Women's Lacrosse and Field Hockey.
Turner returns to his alma mater where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ohio State in 1999. After graduation, he attended Oregon State University and earned a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance with an integrated minor in Business Administration and Public Health Management in 2001. He worked primarily with the Softball team as a graduate assistant.
Prior to joining Ohio State's athletic training staff, Wil served as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Michigan for 11 years. Sport responsibilities included Softball, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Track and Field. Turner also taught various classes within the athletic training and physical education curriculum.
Turner is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Ohio Athletic Trainers' Association. He is originally from Bedford, OH and currently resides in Columbus OH.
