Mark Wheeler is currently Assistant Director of Compliance at The Ohio State University, a position he has held since October 2012. Wheeler serves as the primary compliance contact for Men's Swimming and Diving, Women's Swimming and Diving, Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Men's Track and Field, and Women's Track and Field.
Prior to joining the compliance staff full-time, Wheeler served as the Graduate Assistant in the compliance office at Pepperdine University from 2011 to 2012. Wheeler also served as a summer intern in the compliance office at Brigham Young University.
A native of Laguna Hills, California, Wheeler received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor of science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management. He later received his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine University School of Law and passed the California bar in 2012.
Wheeler and his wife, Kaela, have one child and reside in Westerville.
