Huntington Club The Huntington Club is the ideal space for wedding receptions, corporate meetings and luncheons or hosting a multi-room event such as a trade show.

Stadium University Suite The University Suite offers one of the best views in the stadium. Located just beneath the press box, the University Suite overlooks the field, creating an exceptional atmosphere for any event.

Ohio Stadium Flagpole A breathtaking backdrop for a wedding ceremony is standing in front of the flagpole on field level of Ohio Stadium with the scoreboard behind you and 105,000 empty seats around you.

Special Note for Weddings

For wedding ceremonies, the client is responsible for providing someone to officiate the wedding.

For wedding receptions, the client is responsible for providing their own music (ie. DJ, live band) if desired. Please note that fog machines are NOT permitted in the stadium.

Availability: Please inquire about specific event dates. However, please note the stadium observes all national and university holidays and will not be available for rental on these days. The stadium is also unavailable on a home football game weekend. View the Ohio State Football schedule here.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to an event. If an event is cancelled within two weeks of the event date, the group will be required to pay any incurred costs.

Catering: We have an exclusive catering contract with Sodexo Sports and Leisure. No other arrangements for catering are permitted. For additional information including sample menus and pricing, please contact Amie Chiarucci, with Sodexo, at (614) 688-4660 or by email at amie.chiarucci@sodexo.com.

Decorations: Décor is not provided. Decorations may NOT be taped to the walls or hung from the ceiling in the event spaces. Balloons and votive candles are permitted.

Deliveries: All deliveries should be shipped to the attention of Pete Olms, Room 155 at Ohio Stadium.

Deposit: At this time, we do not require a deposit. An invoice will be sent 5-7 days after the event, including all final charges.

Driving Directions:
From the North - Take I-71 South to I-270 West to SR 315 South. Exit at Lane Avenue and turn left. Turn right on to Fyffe Road. Turn left on Woody Hayes Drive. Ohio Stadium will be on your right once you cross the bridge.
From the South - Take I-71 North to SR 315 North to Worthington. Follow to Lane Avenue exit and turn right. Turn right on to Fyffe Road. Turn left on Woody Hayes Drive. Ohio Stadium will be on your right once you cross the bridge.
From the East (Airport) - Take I-70 West to SR 315 North to Worthington. Follow to Lane Avenue exit and turn right. Turn right on to Fyffe Road. Turn left on Woody Hayes Drive. Ohio Stadium will be on your right once you cross the bridge.
From the West - Take I-70 East to SR 315 North to Worthington. Follow to Lane Avenue exit and turn right. Turn right on to Fyffe Road. Turn left on Woody Hayes Drive. Ohio Stadium will be on your right once you cross the bridge.

Equipment Available: LCD Projector, Screen, Podium with Internal PA/Microphone, Wired Microphone, Wireless Microphone (up to two), Lapel Microphone, Use of television screens (loop DVD, show Power Point Presentation, et.), Wireless Internet, Tables, Chairs, Pipe and Drape (limited), Staging/Platform (limited). Please note the client MUST provide a laptop for presentations. NOTE: Arrangements for a wireless or lapel microphone must be made at least one week prior to the event.

Lighting: For our room event spaces, we do not have the ability to dim the lights; however, we will work with each group to create the best lighting for the event. For evening events, we strongly suggest the use of candles for additional lighting.

Parking:
For events in the Huntington Club and Stadium University Suite, all guests should be directed to park on the west side of the stadium, between Gates 17 and 23; located on the west side of the stadium, off Cannon Drive.

For events in the Recruit Room, all guests should be directed to park on the east side of the stadium, between Gates 16-26. Guests will enter the Recruit Room near the southeast corner of the stadium, near Gate 32.

Special Consideration for Parking: For weekday events, especially during the academic year, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., it is STRONGLY recommended groups' pre-purchase parking passes for the Tuttle Park Garage (at the corner of Tuttle Park Place Drive and Woody Hayes Drive), to ensure available parking for guests. Athletics Event Management does not have the ability to reserve parking spots for an event. Due to the heavy volume of parking around the stadium during the weekday, parking spaces are very limited. If you would like to inquire about reserved parking for an event, please contact the office of Transportation and Parking at (614) 292-9341.

Room Temperature: Unfortunately for events held during the winter months, we experience some difficulty with maintaining a "comfortably" warm room temperature. However, there are several factors that can also contribute to the room temperature. For instance, if there is an event with 200+ guests, this will obviously keep the temperature higher. For smaller events, we suggest mentioning "proper attire" to guests. Please keep this in mind when determining the date of your event. If the event is scheduled in the months of January or February, we strongly encourage you to notify guests of the cooler temperature conditions.

Signage: We do not provide signage for events; however, we can assist you in displaying signage you provide. For example, if you have a banner (depending on size) we can hang it on the gates outside of the stadium near the Huntington Club entrance. We could also hang the banner from pipe and drape in the entrance to the Club Room. If you are concerned with guests finding the event, previous events have used small yard signs (ie. garage sale sign) to point guests into the parking lot. Other events have tied balloons near the Huntington Club doors for additional visibility of the entrance location.

Tours: For an additional $1.00 charge per guest, a tour of the stadium can be offered during your event. If you are interested in adding a tour, please note this upon making your request.
