The 2017 Ohio State Women's Lacrosse Team Camp provides a setting where high school teams can compete against high quality competition while improving individual and team-play skills through instruction from the Ohio State coaching staff. We will cater instruction and tailor a practice and game plan to best suit your team needs and help you maximize full potential. Prizes and raffle giveaways are included.
Games will be played at the state-of-the-art Woody Hayes Athletic Center Indoor field as well as the Harmon Family practice fields. Sessions will also be played in historic Ohio Stadium. Campers will be playing on field turf and grass and should bring footwear that is appropriate for the playing surfaces.
Players must bring their own sticks, goggles, mouth guards and goalie equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
ENROLLMENT The fee for the Team Camp is $475 for overnight campers and $395 for day campers. The camp is open to any and all girls entering grades 8-12 in the fall of 2017. In order to reserve a place for your team, the coach must contact Jill Byers, and at least one player must be registered in full by June 1, 2017. Teams will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Teams must have at least 15 players (including a goalie) and may not have more than 22 players. Full payment for the entire team must be received by July 5, 2016. One team coach is included in the cost for each team and each team is required to have a coach present for the duration of the camp. All coaches are required to complete the Buckeye Sports Camps Office background check. Full payment is required at the time of online registration. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, please make your check payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. Any non-scholastic organization with a group of 5 or more registering the day of the camp must pay with credit card, cash, or money order. No exceptions will be made.

DISCOUNTS Discounts are not available through online registration. Discounts cannot be combined. If registering as a group, all registrations must be submitted together, along with payment, by mail. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. MULTI CAMP DISCOUNT: Campers who attend one (1) Ohio State Women's Lacrosse 2017 Summer Camp will be eligible to receive a $50 discount on each additional 2017Summer Camp. SIBLING DISCOUNT: When one individual attends a 2016 Women's Lacrosse Summer Camp, each additional sibling from the same family is eligible for a 10% discount for the same camp. OSU EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT: Children of The Ohio State University employees will be eligible for a 10 percent discount of the total cost of attending one (1) Ohio State Women's Lacrosse 2017 Summer Camp. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of Employee ID or BuckID) and payment must be provided at the time of registration by mail.
MEALS & HOUSING All overnight campers will be housed in air conditioned dorms on The Ohio State University campus. All meals will be provided for overnight campers, starting with dinner on the first day and ending with lunch on the last day. For day campers, lunch and dinner will be provided.
TRANSPORTATION The Ohio State Women's Lacrosse Team Camp will provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. All requests must be received in writing to Jill Byers no later than 1 week prior to camp. The fee for airport transportation is $15 one-way/per camper.
CONFIRMATION Upon processing of each registration, a confirmation notice will be sent by email.
A packet of "Important Information for Registered Campers" (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. This packet will not be separately mailed to campers.
Please check your email regularly, as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
REFUNDS A refund less a $75 administrative fee (overnight campers) or $50 administrative fee (day campers) will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 1 week prior to the start of camp. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 1 week prior to the start of each camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax - no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10
days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any camps
by the Ohio State Department of Athletics. Expenses include but are not limited to:
lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp registration fees.
