GENERAL INFORMATION
All camp sessions will be headquartered at the newly renovated Les Wexner Football Complex at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center located at 535 Irving Schottenstein Dr. on the Ohio State University campus. Camp tuition includes instruction led by the Ohio State University coaching staff, athletic trainers, a camp T-shirt, awards, daily competitions, recreation and/or motivational talks, transportation to and from practice sessions, transportation to and from the airport or bus terminal and secondary insurance coverage in the event of an injury. For overnight campers, the cost of camp includes housing in air-conditioned dorms on South Campus. Meals and parking vary by camp. Please refer to each campís confirmation packet for meals and parking information. All camps are non-contact. It is mandatory that campers bring their own helmet to each Position Camp, as well as Skill & Big Man Camp.

CAMP SESSIONS
The Kicking and Long Snapping camp (June 9-11) is open to any and all campers entering the 5th through 12th grades in the fall of 2014. Instruction will be led by an experienced staff of kicking and long snapping specialists. The camp will conclude at 11am on June 11. Day campers should be picked up at the Les Wexner Football Complex. Overnight campers should be picked up at their assigned dorm. The deadline to register for this camp is May 27th. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after May 27th will be charged a late registration fee of $25. Helmets are not needed for this camp.

The Youth camp (June 9-11) is open to any and all campers entering the 5th through 8th grades in the fall of 2014. The Youth Camp will emphasize football fundamentals. Both offensive and defensive skills will be taught. Pass, kick and punt competitions will be held with a focus on fun and skill development. Campers will check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex at 9am on June 9. The camp will run from 9am to approximately 4pm each day. This is a commuter only camp Ė no overnight accommodations are provided. Lunch and a parking pass will be provided each day. The deadline to register for this camp is May 27th. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after May 27th will be charged a late registration fee of $25. Helmets are not needed for this camp.

The Three Day Position camp (June 12-14) is open to any and all athletes entering the 9th through 12th grades in the fall of 2014. Campers are divided by position and will have the opportunity to participate in Ohio State skill development drills for their specified position. Kicking instruction is not offered at this camp. Strength and speed training techniques will also be emphasized. Overnight campers check-out at 11am on June 14th and should be picked up at their assigned dorm. Meals for overnight campers begin with dinner on the first day and end with breakfast on the last day. On June 12th, day campers will be dismissed at 9pm. The camp will run from 9am to approximately 4pm on June 13th and 9am to 11am on June 14th. Meals for day campers include dinner on June 12th and lunch on June 13th. The deadline to register for this camp is May 29th. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after May 29th will be charged a late registration fee of $25. ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.

Skill & Big Man Camp (June 17-18) is open to any and all athletes entering the 9th through 12th grades in the fall of 2014. Campers are divided by position and will have the opportunity to participate in Ohio State skill development drills for their specified position. Kicking instruction is not offered at this camp. Overnight campers check-out at 4pm on June 18th and should be picked up at their assigned dorm. The camp will run from 9am to approximately 4pm each day. The deadline to register for this camp is June 3rd. Walk-up registrants and registrations postmarked after June 3rd will be charged a late registration fee of $25. ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.

One-Day Position Camp (June 8, 19 or 21) is open to any and all athletes entering the 9th through 12th grades in the fall of 2014. Athletes that have graduated in the year of 2014 are not eligible to attend. Kicking instruction is not offered at this camp. The One Day Position Camps are a one-day intensive camp designed for the serious football athlete. The camp will include individual skill, technique drills, group instruction and a parking pass. Lunch will not be provided. The $75 camp fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show for any reason. Campers will check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex from 10am - 11am on June 8th, 19th or 21st. Each camp will run from 11am - approximately 4pm each day. The deadline to register for the June 8th camp is June 1st. The deadline to register for the June 19th camp is June 12th. The deadline to register for the June 21st camp is June 14th. Walk-up registrants will be accepted at each position camp. ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.

REGISTRATION
Camp applications are processed in the order they are received. Camp sessions may sell out prior to the stated deadlines. We cannot guarantee availability in any camp session after the posted registration deadlines. A $75 non-refundable deposit must accompany any camp registration. Phone and faxed applications will not be accepted. Please do not call to confirm that your application has been received. You will receive confirmation via email of your acceptance into camp after your application has been processed.

To register by mail: Complete a camp registration form and mail it to Ohio State Football Camp, Fawcett Center 7th Floor, 2400 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, OH 43210. A check or money order with the $75 deposit or full payment must accompany your registration. Please include the camperís name on the check or money order. The $75 deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the total amount due. Credit cards are not accepted for mail in registrations.

PARENT CONSENT & WAIVER FORM AND OHIO CONCUSSION INFORMATION FORM
Both the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Ohio Concussion form are REQUIRED for all participants. Please visit OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps to obtain these forms. Please complete, sign and fax (614-292-5075) or mail the forms into the camps office at: Ohio State Football Camp, Fawcett Center 7th Floor, 2400 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, OH 43210. Athletes will not be permitted to participate without these forms.

EQUIPMENT
For camps where equipment is required, equipment may be rented for a nominal fee upon arrival. Equipment is available to rent on a first come, first serve basis.

TRANSPORTATION
Ohio State Football Camps will provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. All requests need to be emailed to Fernando Lovo (lovo.1@osu.edu) no later than 1 week prior to the start of each camp.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing prior to the start of the camp session. A refund less the $75 non-refundable deposit will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 7 days prior to the start of each camp. The $75 deposit is not refundable for ANY reason.

Any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the start of each camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.

A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax - no phone calls or voicemails. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund authorization forms received prior to June 1 will be processed upon receipt. Refund authorization forms received after June 1 will be processed by July 31. DISCOUNTS
Groups of 10 or more campers are eligible to receive a group discount. To qualify for the discount, all registrations must be submitted together in the same envelope. Online registrations and registrations sent separately will not qualify for the discounted rates. Group registrations do not guarantee that all campers will be roomed together or near each other. Children of Ohio State University employees and active military are also eligible for discounted camp rates. Proof of employment or military service must be provided at the time of registration to receive the discount. Discounts are not available through online registration.

FAQ

QWhat type of supervision is provided?
AThere is 24 hour supervision provided by camp coaches and counselors. An athletic trainer is available at all times.
 
QDo I need to bring extra spending money to camp?
ACampers may bring a modest amount of spending money if they wish to purchase camp merchandise or pizza after evening sessions (resident campers only). Campers are discouraged from bringing large amounts of money or other valuables to camp.
 
QCan parents watch camp sessions?
AParents are welcome to watch any or all camp sessions. A parking pass is available for purchase during camp check-in.
 
QHow will I know who my child will be rooming with?
ARoommate assignments will be released at check-in. Each camper has the opportunity to indicate a roommate preference on their camp application. While we do our best to accommodate each camperís request, we do not guarantee roommates. Please note that listing a roommate preference on the camp application does not guarantee enrollment of that roommate in camp. There will be two to four campers in a room.
 
QWhere are overnight campers staying?
ACampers will be housed in air-conditioned dorms on South campus. Campers will be transported daily to and from the practice locations.
