History

Kalafatis on Marder: “Sam had a tremendous season last year, but we weren’t able to protect her in the line-up which is why she led the country in walks and on-base percentage. This year will be different, she’ll have a bunch of opportunities to help her team score runs and no one has ever gotten rid of the ball as quick as Sam Marder does from behind the plate. She can be one of the top players in the conference and in the country if she stays focused on getting better each day.”
