CAMP SESSIONS The Kicking and Long Snapping Camp (June 16-17) is open to any camper who will be entering the 5th through 12th grade as of the Fall of 2010. Instruction will be led by Steve Woods and his experienced staff of kicking and long snapping specialists. All campers check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex at 9am on June 16. All campers will receive lunch and dinner on the first day. Commuters should be picked up after the evening session at the Les Wexner Football Complex. On day two, commuters should arrive at the Les Wexner Football Complex no later than 9am. The camp will conclude at 4pm on June 17. Commuters should be picked up at the Les Wexner Football Complex. Resident campers should be picked up at the dorm.
The Three Day Position Camp (June 18-20) is open to athletes entering the 9th through 12th grades as of the Fall of 2010. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in Ohio State skill development drills for their specified position. Strength and speed training and techniques will also be emphasized. Campers are divided by age and position. Resident campers should check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex on the first day of camp between noon and 1pm. After check-in residents will proceed to their assigned dorm. Transportation from the dorm back to the Les Wexner Football Complex will be provided. Resident campers check-out at 4pm on the last day of camp and should be picked up at the dorm. Meals for resident campers begin with dinner on the first day and end with lunch on the last day.
Commuters attending the Three Day Position camp should check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex between 1pm and 2pm on the first day. Commuters are dismissed at 6pm on the first day, but are welcome to return for the evening session. The evening session will conclude by 9pm. The camp will run from 9am to approximately 4pm on the second and third days. Commuters should be dropped off and picked up at the Les Wexner Football Complex each day. Meals for commuter campers include lunch on days two and three.
The Youth Camp (June 21-23) is open to any camper entering the 5th through 8th grade as of the Fall of 2010. The Youth camp will emphasize football fundamentals. Both offensive and defensive skills will be taught. All campers will have the opportunity to receive individualized instruction. Pass, kick and punt competitions will be held with a focus on fun and skill development. All campers will check-in at the Les Wexner Football Complex at 9am on June 21. The camp will run from 9am to approximately 4pm each day. Lunch will be provided each day.
The Two Day Position Camp (June 24-25) is open to athletes entering the 10th or 11th grades as of the Fall of 2010. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in Ohio State skill development drills for their specified position. Campers are divided by position. The Senior Advanced Camp (June 13 or 26) is for athletes entering the 12th grade as of the Fall of 2010. While the camp is intended for rising high school seniors, there are a limited number of spaces for rising juniors. Please contact the camps office at (614) 247-2267 for availability. High School graduates are not eligible to attend. The Senior Advanced Camp is a one-day intensive camp designed for the serious football athlete. The camp will include individual skill and technique drills and group instruction. For your safety, please come to camp in good physical condition. The $75 camp fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

REGISTRATION The deadline to register is May 10, 2010. Camp applications are processed in the order they are received. Camp sessions may sell out prior to the May 10 deadline. We cannot guarantee availability in any camp session after the May 10 deadline. A $75 non-refundable deposit must accompany the camp application. Phone and faxed applications will not be accepted. Please do not call to confirm that your application has been received. You will receive confirmation in the mail of your acceptance into camp after your application has been processed.
To register by mail: Complete a camp application and mail it to Ohio State Football Camp, Jack Nicklaus Museum, 2355 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, OH 43210. A check or money order for the deposit or full payment must accompany your registration. Please include the camper's name on the check or money order. The $75 deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the total amount due. Credit cards are not accepted for mail in registrations.
To register online: log on to www.OhioStateBuckeyes.com/Camps then choose football. The full camp fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of online registration. Online registration is not available for those wishing to pay the deposit or make a partial payment. In the event of cancellation, $75 is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS All cancellations must be received in writing prior to the start of the camp session. Cancellations received after the start of the camp session will not be eligible for a refund. The camp sessions begin with registration on the first day. The $75 deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show. The deposit cannot be transferred to other campers or to future camps. Completion of a refund authorization form is required for processing. A form will be mailed to you upon receipt of the written notice of cancellation. Refund authorization forms received prior to June 1 will be processed upon receipt. Refund authorization forms received after June 1 will be processed by July 31. DISCOUNTS Discounts are available for the Kicking camp, Youth camp and the Positions camps for groups sending 10 or more campers. To qualify for the discount, all registrations must be submitted together in the same envelope. Online registrations and registrations sent separately will not qualify for the discounted rates. Group registrations do not guarantee that all campers will be roomed together or near each other.
Children of Ohio State University employees are also eligible for discounted camp rates. Proof of employment must be provided at the time of registration to receive the discount. Online registration is not available for group or employee discounts.

For overnight campers, the cost of camp includes housing in air-conditioned dorms on North Campus. Meals vary by camp. Please refer to each camp description below for meal information. All camps are non-contact.

Q What type of supervision is provided? A There is 24 hour supervision provided by camp coaches and counselors. A certified athletic trainer is available at all times.

Q Do I need to bring extra spending money to camp? A Resident campers may bring a modest amount of spending money if they wish to purchase pizza or other snacks after the evening session. Campers are discouraged from bringing large amounts of money or other valuables to camp.
Q Can parents watch camp sessions? A Parents are welcome to watch any or all camp sessions. A parking pass is available for purchase during camp check-in for $5.
Q Where and when should I check in for camp? Q How will I know who my child will be rooming with? A Roommate assignments will be released at check-in. Each camper has the opportunity to indicate a roommate preference on their camp application. While we do our best to accommodate each camper's request, we do not guarantee roommates. Please note that listing a roommate preference on the camp application does not guarantee enrollment of that roommate in camp. There will be two to four campers in a room.
Q Where are overnight campers staying? A Campers will be housed in air-conditioned dorms on North campus. Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. Campers will be transported daily to and from the practice locations.
