OSU INVITATIONAL INDOOR COLLEGE MEET INFORMATION

Facility Information:
All-new 200m state-of-the-art track and indoor field competition surface
New: Eight lanes on sprint straightaway
Six lanes on oval
New: Dual long/triple jump runways and pits
New pole vault runway and pit
Permanent throws area
1/4" spikes only

Entry Procedure:
Online entries will be made at www.finishtiming.com Please submit verifiable marks from the 2008-2009 indoor season. Note: all entry marks will be published on accepted entry list.
Coaches: please, contact Lori Baldwin baldwinl@buckeyes.ath.ohio-state.edu 740-704-1358 with your intention to compete as soon as possible.

This is not an all-comers meet. All non-Division I teams and individuals must receive permission to be in this meet. Non-division I athletes must meet performance standards and receive prior permission to enter the meet. Permission can be granted by e-mail to Coach Robert Gary

 

***All entries accepted at the discretion of the meet director***

$200 per team per gender/ $10 per individual entry (over 20 constitutes a team)
   • College teams
   • Unattached athletes
   • Red shirts
   • Club/Open Athletes
   • Additional collegiate athletes over the entry limits

Seed marks:
For best competition, enter marks that reflect the current fitness of each athlete. DO NOT ENTER PERSONAL BESTS OR MARKS YOU ASSUME WILL GET IN THE "FASTEST SECTION".

Track events:
Enter times to nearest tenth. Use 100ths to indicate seeding within your team. All entered times will be viewed as "hand times", whether in 10ths or 100ths.

Field events:
Enter using metric marks

Maximum declarations per event:
60m, 60m HH, One mile, 3000m - 4 entries per school

200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, & All field events - 4 entries per school

Relays - unlimited

About Ohio State Athletics
The Ohio State University Department of Athletics sponsors 36 fully funded varsity teams - 17 for women, 16 for men and three co-educational. The department is committed to providing its more than 1,000 student-athletes with the finest in academic and athletics support in order to ensure a quality and life-enhancing experience. The Department of Athletics is completely self-supporting and receives no university monies, tax dollars or student fees. In Fiscal Year 2010-11, the Department of Athletics will transfer back to the University more than $30 million in assessments, including $15 million in grant-in-aid costs.
