COLUMBUS, Ohio—The Ohio State men’s basketball team (5-0), fresh from road wins last week against two of the nation’s Top 25 teams, returns home to play its next six contests at Value City Arena. Tickets for all remaining home games are available. Ohio State owns the nation’s longest win streak at 10. The Buckeyes finished the 2007-08 campaign with five wins and the 2008 National Invitation Tournament Championship.

Ohio State men’s basketball tickets are $16 or $21 and can be ordered online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com.  If you have questions, please call 1-800-Go Bucks. Service charges additional.

Star Wars fans will be able to meet their favorite Star Wars characters before Iona takes on Ohio State Dec. 20 (noon).

Fans interested in the Big Ten opener vs. Iowa Dec. 31 (4 p.m.) will get a ticket, hotdog and soda for the special price of $20.  

Below are other highlights for the remainder of the 2008-09 Men’s Basketball season:

Dec. 13 (noon) vs. Butler (K-9 Frisbee Dogs at halftime)
Dec. 27 (4 p.m.) vs. West Virginia (Zooperstars at halftime)
Jan. 9 (7 p.m.) vs. Houston Baptist (Register to win an Official Michael Redd Olympic Jersey at the game)
Jan. 25 (3:45 p.m.) vs. Michigan State (Free OSU pom poms to everyone and Red Panda at halftime)
Feb. 7 (8 p.m.) vs. Minnesota (Past captains recognized and Matadors from the Chicago Bulls perform during the game)
Feb. 3 (7 p.m.) vs. Purdue (Scarlet Fever! Wear scarlet to the game and FREE scarlet rally towels to everyone courtesy of Nationwide.)
Feb. 21/21 (time TBA) Illinois (Free white rally towels to everyone courtesy of Nationwide.)
